Its annual output would amount to 850 thousand t, Anton Babutsidze (Anzherskaya Yuzhnaya, chairman of the board) informs right after signing a co-operation agreement with Kemerovo regional government for 2010.
In 2009, the mine production totaled 472.8 thousand t of KO grade coking coal (according to the Russian nomenclature). The increase is planned due to new long-face launch, providing for 1 m t annually by 2011.
The 2.5 m t planned annual capacity mine started production in 2006 possessing 120 m t of reserves of coal.
In 2010, Anzherskaya Yuzhnaya intends to invest 200 m roubles into production growth, including purchase of a new Ukrainian tunneling machine and completion of a united ventilation system for its mine tunnels.
