Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Kompaniya to pay 3 roubles per share for 2009

The decision was taken by the yearly shareholders meeting held on April 16.

The company’s 2009 net profit totaled 542.569 m roubles, 253.198 m roubles to be payed as dividends, 222.714 m roubles to be invested into production expansion, 66.656 m roubles—approved for actual expenses, including social programs.

The dividends were last payed by KTK for 1Q2008 as 47.5 roubles per share
