According to Mechel, this April, Bellasis (Cyprus) cut the amount of pledged holding by 1.5+ times: from 10.5 to 6.5 per cent of equity stock.

Another Zyuzin’s subsidiary, Calridge Limited, which had pledged 2.4 per cent of Mechel stock at the beginning of the year, pledged 1.6 per cent more. Dalewave’s, Actiondeal’s and Armolink’s pledges have not changed, thus the total pledged holding of equities reduced from 25.6 to 24.1 per cent, according to Mechel data
