Register of stockholders of Industrial Metallurgical Holding’s Koks JS to participate in the extraordinary meeting appointed to 09/04 is to be closed on 08/13

Underwriting service is required for placement of GDRs to both Russian and to foreign investors, selling shareholders being Boris, Evgeniy and Andrey Zubovitskiys who controls both Koks and Industrial Metallurgical Holding.

Redemption price for stockholders who abstained or voted against the underwriting arrangement is set at 140 roubles per share level. Basing on this figure, the company may be valued c $1.5 bn.
