SUEK-Krasnoyarsk’s Razrez Tunguyskiy bought 99.9 per cent of Geo-Stroy stock previously 100 per cent owned by "Razvitie holding" (Cyprus off-shore company).
The only asset owned by Rostov-incorporated Geo-Stroy is 55 per cent of stock of Malyy Port stevedore company (another 45 per cent owned by undisclosed Russian citizens).
Malyy Port is chiefly dealing with coal and timber products reloading. Its capacities allow for reloading c 1 m t of cargo annually with storage space for 60 thousand t of cargo at a time.
