Federal Antimonopoly Service suspecting Evraz of raw vanadium customers discrimination

The alleged discrimination might have lead to monopoly overpricing. The complaint was placed by Chusovskoy Metallurgy Works a year ago. Kachkanarsk Ore-Dressing and Processing Enterprise belonging to Evraz is Russian single provider of vanadium iron ore used for production of high-tensile steel.

Federal Antimonopoly Service discovered 244-per-cent price growth against 15-per-cent rise in the cost of Kachkanarsk Enterprise products, with prices for individual customers marked by 100 to 110 per cent increase.
