MMK (Magnitogorsk) selling Belon steam coal division

The MMK intentions to sell the division, Listvyazhnaya mine, and the adjoining concentrator was communicated earlier. MMK disclaimed the information at the time, confirming its interest in the advancement of the steam coal segment.

Recently anonymous sources informed that the final stage of sale negotiations were underway, most likely buyer being SDS multipurpose holding.
