Mechel Mining reduces valuation of new shares

Federal Service for Financial Markets registered issue of ordinary dematerialized shares by the

company placed by conversion of the shares into shares of reduced nominal value.

Issuer places 14.5778 bn shares of 7.37 roubles each, yielding the total of 107.5+ bn roubles.
