Raspadskaya to buy back up to 10 per cent of its capital at 150 roubles per share

Raspadskaya board of directors decided to buy back up to 78 m of ordinary shares, applications accepted from Dec 19 to Jan 31.

Market price for share was set at 91.5 roubles as by the day of decision, thus making c 64 per cent of premium.
