Coal and coke import quotas imposed by Ukrainian government found illegitimate

The decision to rule out the quotas was taken by Kiev circuit administrative court following claims by Alchevsk metallurgical complex and Alchevsk chemical-recovery works.

If not appealed, the ruling is to come into effect on June 27, 2013.
