Unprofitable Kuzbass mines to obtain grace parcels

The parcels will be tendered to unprofitable mines in 2013–14, Sergei Pogrebnykh (Kemerovo government, head of department) says.

Some tenders are fixed for 2013, others will be held in 2014, he says. Eleven out of 12 parcels to be distributed have already been selected.
