One hundred and ninety-two trains (c 10.5 thousand gondolas) with coal and petroleum products are being delayed.
Idle 1,267 coal gondolas are awaiting delivery to Posyet, 1269—to Nakhodka Vostochnaya East, and 1387—to Vanino for Dal’transugol’ corporation. Oil cargo situation is none the better, Far-Eastern Railways representative admits.
To rectify the situation, Russian Railways imposed the ban on uploading of oil cargo to Vladivostok for Vladportbunker Ltd., as well as anthracite cargo — to Cape Churkin and Nakhodka.
Mikhail Zaychenko (Far-Eastern Railways, chief) filed petition to Sergey Dar’kin (the governor of the region) highlighting the oil cargo problems.
