Belon JS and its subsidiary Listvyazhnaya Concentrator JS, payed off the 6.9 bn roubles credit with Vneshtorgbank,
attracting bond funds from MMK owning 82.6 per cent of Belon stock via Onarbay Enterprises Ltd.
Last August, Belon was granted governmental warranties for 4.95 bn roubles to secure credits.
