Last October, MMK (Magnitogorsk) announced the closing of purchase deal with Belon’s CEO Andrey Dobrov buying from him 50 per cent of the Cypriot company Onarbay Enterprises possessing 82.6 per cent of the Belon stock.
Belon Group, which consists of 15 enterprises in Kemerovo region, is one of the leading producers of coal and coal concentrate, as well as one of the largest metal traders in Russia.
