The investments may be cut from 2.23 bn roubles in 2009 down to 1.03 bn roubles in 2010, Alexander Starikov (MPO Kuzbass private company) maintains.
The sum may increase due to the construction of synthetic engine oil plant. The coal extracted at 163 m t Serafimovskiy parcel, purchased last September by Shakhta Zarechnaya JS, will be used for synthetic oil production. With German technology the plant construction shall take 5 years, costing at least $800 m, Starikov adds, hinting at the prospect of getting Investment Fund of the Russian Federation support.
