The five-year bonds issue was floated with Micex on March 22, 2007, the bonds having 10 half-year
coupons, at 8.7 per cent rate for coupons 1 to 6, 12 per cent for coupons 7 to 10. The issue was organized by Raiffeisenbank and Vneshtorgbank and matures by March 15, 2012.
