Cast iron output rose by 16 per cent against 1Q2009 up to 2.991 m t, commodity coke—by 48.4 per cent up to 616 thousand t, rolled metal (intragroup deliveries excluded) —by 4.5 per cent up to 3.562 m t, railroad products—by 8 per cent up to 451 thousand t; pipe products production fell by 27.3 per cent down to 193 thousand t.
As to mining products, Evras increased iron ore output by 17.3 per cent up to 476 thousand t, cut coking coal production by 13.6 per cent down to 2.311 m t, raising energy coal output by 4 per cent up to 1.300 m t.
