Eugene and Andrey Zubitskys, Vladimir Zhukov, Alexander Shchendrygin, Christoph Scherer, Richard Frederic Whitt and Alexander Timofeyev joined the body.
The list of affiliated persons shows that 93.47 per cent of the JS stock is owned by Boris, Eugene and Andrey Zubitskys. In early September, shareholders approved the underwriting agreement with Citigroup, UBS and VTB Capital for offering part of Zubitskys’ shares to international investors.
