In 2Q2010, NLMK’s IAS net profit totaled $459 m (+252 per cent against 1Q2010). In the first halfyear
its revenue rose by 49 per cent against the first halfyear of last year, the company explaining growth by both favorable prices and geographical and assortment sales pattern restructuring. The bulk of the revenue comes from steel (87 per cent), section steel (10 per cent) and chemical-recovery products (3 per cent).
