The delisting of both ordinary and privileged shares (plsu and plsup) was caused by Polosukhinskaya officially registering its reorganization through merger.
The mine, put in operation in 1985, was incorporated as joint-stock company in 1992 and is now a part of Sibuglemet Holding. It produces 3.2 m t of Zh- and GZh-graded coking coal (by Russian nomenclature) annually accounting for 5 per cent of Kuzbass coal.
