Federal Tariffs Service approved discounts and increments for coal and ore transportation by railway. Five-per-cent discount is specified for coal exports via Murmansk, Nakhodka, Vostochny, Posyet, Vanino seaports, 20-per-cent—for transportation via Arkhangelsk, 25-per-cent—via Kandalaksha.
Basis fare for intra-Russian coal transportation (Belorussian and Kazakh coal excluded) will grow by 4 per cent. Fares for coal export (destination Belorussia excluded) will be up 6 per cent, for coal import—up 13 per cent.
