Following the extraordinary stockholders meeting’s decision of Dec 20, 2010, the company will pay 4.17 roubles per share.
The meeting also approved a new version of corporate bylaws as well as corporate membership in All-Russia Employers’ Association, "Russian Union of Manufacturers and Entrepreneurs".
The dividends will be paid Dec 21, 2010 through February, 18, 2011, in compliance with the registry of shareholders
