The miners of the region produced record-breaking 185+ m t of the steam coal in 2010, +3 per cent against 2009, +.3 per cent against the pre-crisis 2008, coal and energy industry division of the regional government releases.
The figure includes 50 m t of coking coal (–3.8 m t against 2009). Coal deliveries amounted to 183.4 m t of coal (+1.2 m t against the previous year).
