SDS holding made one more acquisition purchasing Gubernskiy and Kuprinskiy open-pits, formerly belonging to Nordal private company.
Situated in Central Kuzbass and adjoining other SDS enterprises under construction, these open-pits produce grade D steam coal (by Russian classification). Analysts estimate their value at $20 to 40 m.
