Fifty per cent minus one share of the Russian–Turkish joint venture will be purchased by MMK from the Atakaş family.
The amount of transaction comes up to $485 m; the deal should be closed by November 2011. Standard required permissions and approvals stand as a prerequisite for the deal completion.
