Kuzbassrazrezugol’, Kemerovo biggest coal company, intends to invest 13.8 bn roubles into its own development,
as stipulated by agreement signed by Aman Tuleyev (Kemerovo Region, governor) and Andrei Kozitsyn (UGMK holding, CEO).
Eight billion and 600 m roubles will be directed to re-equipment and reconstruction of open-pits, 5.2 bn roubles — to greenfield development.
