On July 8, the Moscow Court of Arbitration will consider a claim to reverse Federal Antimonopoly Service`s (FAS) condemnation of conspiracy at steam coal market.
The claim has been filed by Russkiy Ugol`, Stroyservis and SUEK corporations that were condemned for cartel conspiracy by FAS last December
