Gennadiy Timchenko’s Gunvor, boasting of its own coal division since 2009, is going to acquire Kolmar coal producer from Mikhail Prokhorov.
Currently, Gunvor focuses on oil business, the coal share never exceeding 2 per cent of the corporate revenue. The latter may reach 10 to 15 per cent in 2 to 3 years, Gunvor representative said to Vedomosti newspaper.
