It proposes to increase Transsiberian tariffs for exported coal, as a means to solve the carrying capacity problem of Tayshet—Mezhdurechensk railroad section.
The idea was sounded during the meeting discussing construction of a new railway line Kyzyl—Kuragino linking to coal deposits of Ulug-Khemsk basin in Tuva.
