Federal Mining Agency plans to hold auctions for permits to develop Kichiyskiy, Chuazasskiy (both of Kondomsk mining area) and Komarovskiy (of Zmeinsk mining area) parcels on November 2, 2011.
The parcels feature 25, 35 and 45 m t of coal reserves and 1.5, 2 and 66.2 m roubles of starting prices, respectively.
