Raspadskaya announces changes in its dividend policy
The decision was taken by its board of directors on 12/9/2011.
No less than 25 per cent of IAS consolidated net profit will be paid as dividends, while earlier the policy contemplated paying off up to 25 per cent of IAS net profit.
