Both Constitutional Court and Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation invalidated the decision of International Commercial Arbitration Court (IAC) at the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The Constitutional Court upheld the position prohibiting the IAC to get involved into corporate disputes, which was claimed unconstitutional by Maksimov.
