One+ billion of shares have been submitted for the buyback by shareholders. The Company intends to spend almost 7.3 bn roubles buying back 48.4 million shares.
The program commenced on 12/19/2011 when the company announced its intention to buy 78.08 m shares (10 per cent of its chartered capital) for up to 11.71 bn roubles.
