The risk of anti-competitive behavior was highlighted in FAS report on the state of competition obtained by Prime agency.
In 2011, the aggregated share of three companies, SUEK, Kuzbassrazrezugol` and Vostsibugol`, reached 68 per cent of the domestic market, the report reads.
Two other unnamed market participants possess significant shares while all the remaining companies may boast less than 1 per cent of the market each.
