SUEK, Citi and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation announced reaching an agreement on $200-m pre-export structured loan secured by Nippon Export and Investment Insurance.
The funds will be directed to refinance development of Tunguyskiy open-pit and a concentrator in Buryatia as well as coal terminal at Vanino Seaport.
