Russia’s Supreme Arbitrage dismissed a motion by Federal Antimonopoly Service to reconsider case of conspiracy at steam coal market.

Decisions by lower courts to acquit Stroyservis, Russkiy Ugol’ and SUEK have therefore been left standing.
