Severstal` to start producing Usinsk coking coal by 2018
Usinsk deposit is situated in Komi Republic.
Severstal` may invest c $800 m into the project seeking to bring up 2 to 4 m t of coking coal concentrate annually with costs within $50 to 60 per t (50 per cent down to current Vorkutaugol` costs).
