Russian coal export rose by 17.1 per cent against the year-earlier period to reach 82.265 m t, Russian Ministry for Energy informs.

In August, the export increased by 18.6 per cent against Aug 2011, coal output—by 12.9 per cent to reach 10.927 m t.
