The works will be opened in Kaluga Region. The annual capacity of its first stage will reach 1.5 m t of steel.
The next stage will step up the capacity to 3-m-t annually. The works will produce profiles for construction purposes, Anatoliy Artamonov (Kaluga Region governor) comments.
