The leading world producer of commercial iron and Russian biggest producer of commercial coke plans
to dig its first coal from Lugutinskiy coal vein (Vladimirskaya mine) in Sep 2013.
Developing of the vein will enable Vladimirskaya to fulfill its plans all the way to the launch of Vladimirskaya 2 parcel planned for 2016.
