to deliver coal with stepping the deliveries up to 300 thousand t annually, Raspadskaya announces.
For Raspadskaya, the memorandum is a further step towards developing export relations with big steel and coke producers and towards entering long-term delivery contracts, Gennadiy Kozovoy (Raspadskaya, CEO) informs.
