Sibirskiy Antratsit was issued a permit to buy 100 per cent in Vanino seaport, Federal Antimonopoly Service announced.
Concurrently, the permit to buy 73.33 per cent in the seaport was obtained by Mechel’s Mechel Trans.
The auction to sell 55 per cent in Vanino stock currently owned by the State will be held on December 7.
