Karakan Invest plans to attract China Coal Mine Construction Group Co. Ltd. as well as its subsidiary, Kitayugleshakhtstroy Sibir’,
to the construction of coal mining complex at Karakanskiy Zapadnyy parcel in Kemerovo region.
The mine is to start operations by mid-2015, Chinese company investing c 5 bn roubles.
