Evraz plc. announced the completion of the deal to purchase 50 per cent in Corber Enterprises Limited, the owner of 82 per cent in Raspadskaya and its subsidiaries.
The representatives of Raspadskaya top management in control of the asset will be compensated with 123.7 m of newly issued Evraz shares (9.9 per cent of its stock).
