En+ Group, Shenhua Group and the China Development Bank concluded the framework agreement on a joint development of coal and infrastructural projects in the East of Russia.
The document was signed by Artyom Volynets (En+ Group, CEO), Zhang Xiwu (Shenhua Group, chairman of the board) and Chen Yuan (China Development Bank, governor) and testified by vice-PMs of both countries.
