In Jan–Mar 2013, Ukraine coal-makers cut the output by 2.6 per cent against the year-earlier period down to 20.82 m t.
Coking coal production has decreased by 3.8 per cent down to 6.46 m t while steam coal output—by 3.5 per cent down to 14.78 m t, a source at Energy ministry informed the Interfax Ukraine news agency.
