The quotas for 2013 were introduced for several coal categories and amount to 10.2 m t. The decree 225 was signed by the government on Mar 13, 2013.
The same decree bans import of coke and coke char, covering almost any category of coal but anthracite. The quotas include 2.5 m t of coal intended for pulverizing.
