The quotas for coking coal (to be effective starting from Jun 1, 2013) will be distributed on recommendations by the inter-agency commission headed by Yuriy Boyko (Ukraine, vice-premier).
According to the governmental Decree 312, the commission will collect the information about prospective importers activity in the last three years, including amounts of coking coal imported, of domestic coal consumed, of coke produced and consumed, and of cast iron produced.
