Russia wants the quotas for import of certain kinds of coal including the coking coal to be either lifted or postponed.
Another option might be the immediate provision of Russian enterprises with such quotas.
The request has been included into the proceedings of the 12th meeting of Sub-commission on commercial economic co-operation of the Committee for economic co-operation of Ukraine-Russian Interstate Commission taking place on April 25–26.
