The annual meeting of shareholders appointed three new directors (out of 7 total). Gennadiy Kozovoy (Raspadskaya, CEO), Ilya Livshits, Alexander Frolov (Evraz, president) and Jeffrey Townsend retained their positions.
New-elected members of the board were Sergey Stepanov (Evraz, VP), Terry Robinson and Eric Stoyell (independent directors).
